A Start-up Visa program is a direct pathway to Permanent Residency, the processing time is 32 months. The Applicant and family can also apply for a work permit while the application for Permanent Residency is being processed. In that, the Applicant has a CLOSED work permit to work ONLY on YOUR business. Your spouse can apply for an OPEN work permit and work anywhere. Your children can study free of cost in Canadian Public Schools.

You must meet the minimum level of the Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 5 in either English or French: Listening – 5.0 Reading – 4.0 Writing – 5.0 Speaking – 5.0 After signing the retainer agreement, you have to provide this within three to six months. |
An upfront medical report from a Panel Physician of IRCC needs to be provided by you. |
Police Clearance Certificate needs to be provided by you. |
You send us the (attached) consultation form.
We assess whether you are a viable candidate and thereafter we enter into a legal retainer agreement. We take 2 weeks to assess.
We work on the business ideation and plan to incorporate a business for YOU. We pitch the Business to the Designated Organisation. We receive the Letter of Support for you. We take 3-6 months for this.
We apply for a CLOSED work permit for you to work on YOUR business; and apply for OPEN work permit for your spouse (wife/husband) and visa for your children who can study free of cost in Canadian Public School. The Government processing time is 5 to 6 months. You can ENTER Canada to work on YOUR business.
During this we also apply for you and your family’s Permanent Resident Visa Applications. The Government processing time is 2.5 to 3 years.
THEREFORE, THE DAY YOU SIGN THE AGREEMENT WITH US, YOU CAN EXPECT TO LAND IN CANADA WITHIN 12 TO 18 MONTHS.
60% on signing of agreement (STEP – 2), 40% On receipt of Letter of Support (STEP – 3)
